My immaculate room was neat. The employees at the hotel were fabulously friendly and very helpful. I found the venue's location particularly good and stunning, not far from Tullahoma, the center of Bardstown, and festival.

The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable. The setting is good, so close to Tullahoma, and the center of Bardstown, secure area. Also, it's 5 minutes by car from Staggerwing Museum.

they gave us a guest room with the air conditioner and spa bathroom, for instance. a microwave and a refrigerator were a plus. favourable location, the free parking was available.

Fairly clean hotel, immaculate room, fabulously friendly and very very helpful staff. The rooms with a tv. Perfect facilities. Exceptionally nice and beautiful location very close to the center of Bardstown in a secure area.

There wasn’t anything good about our room. There was mold on the wall underneath the sink, the carpet was filthy, the blanket on the one bed was falling apart and was so old you, there even patches on the foot of the bed that was actually coming off when you touch it. Someone had disconnected the battery in the smoke detector, he came in and put it back in and told us he would bring a new battery and never did. We had three adults and every time we ask for clean ones he would just bring us two. There were holes in the ceiling from water damage and had just been patched, also there was no breakfast provided. I don’t know why he’s allowed to even have that hotel opened. It’s disgusting. I don’t know how he passes inspection. He himself looked dirty and we couldn’t understand him when he spoke to us. We will never stay there again and will make sure none of our friends do either. Something needs to be done.
